You've already been caught hacking a few times. It's not worth my time to watch the demo.

I think the point they're making is that I believe you were caught once before that and then you got caught again
The fact that you're already getting accused of hacking...just seems to be a "repeat performance."

but now he is innocent until proven guilty. if he has a demo of the time he is accused and he's clean, and all refuse to look just because he used to hack, way back when, then you're just being ignorant, and you werent worth his time in the first place

NOW he may be innocent/clean, anything is possible. I have said this before, if people are wanting to be taken serious and not have a ruined reputation... then don't hack EVER... hard to repair what once is tarnished. must suffer the consequences of your actions, no matter how long the duration. I don't think they are being ignorant Masta.... that's a bit harsh... But to ask people to have your back (which means to take precious time out of a game that most don't have much time to enjoy in the first place) is a big stretch. Especially when this person trash talked these people on his way out of this version a while back. People say some pretty harsh stuff in this game and they think "im sorry" just wipes it all away which is just ...... well bs.... don't get me wrong, if they are up for the apology, then good luck to you Tunks... Just my two cents worth.....

Masta...I understand your thoughts, but missy said it pretty well. Elite is more than willing to forgive people, but remember; pardon is a gift of love given to those fully propitiated...only then can they be reconciled! The sad thing (in this game) is that there IS NO propitiation that is adequate for offenders, save the pardon freely given by us.
All that to say...you in a bad place when you screw up!

ive played cod longer than any of you, i guarentee it. people hack, they stop. yeah sure, they shouldnt have done it in the first place, but no ones perfect. ive hacked before. there its out in the open. doesnt matter how long i did it, or when, but i did it. you gonna hold it against me for the rest of the time i play cod now? now that you know it? in all the time ive played this game ive realized that people do stupid things, people make mistakes, yeah they need to pay for them for a given time, but everyone always deserves another chance. always.
if saying "im sorry" doesnt cut it, then what does. what are they supposed to say. "fine i give up, leave me banned, i guess im done playing" he apologized, he waited a long time to do so to allow some time for everyone to "heal" from what happened, so what else is he supposed to do.
sometimes you dont give other people chances because you want to. sometimes its because they need you to.
i get what you guys are saying, but if we had kept this policy you are describing while our old server was up and always full, i guarentee 3/4's of 1.3's current players would be banned.
if this guy hacks hacks, he'll get caught, we have our missy police task for to do that, and everyones keeping a watchful eye on hackers these days.
ive noticed you guys are quick to drop the gavel, both on the forums and in your server. sometimes you give fair warnings, sometimes you give more than fair, sometimes some of your actions even i consider ridiculous. you guys arent perfect. so why should you expect the same of the people who play in your servers or post of your forums. consider it some food for thought. and if your gonna think about it, then really, take the time to think about it, dont just post your conflicting opinions, because ive already heard them in your previous posts.
thanks for reading. didnt mean any disrespect in any of what i said

Hmm, I know you're my superior masta, but I have a couple things to say.
I think "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it by itself
If Tunks is truly serious about showing everyone that he's changed, it's gonna take time. By time, however, I don't mean dissapearing and then showing up several months later. It takes time to prove to people that you're totally serious about what you said and you intend to keep to your word that you're clean.
That's at least my outlook on it.

Nobody is claiming to be perfect Masta...lol we are all far from that...but we do follow our own server rules, at least I do heheee ;D
This is just me Masta, and I don't expect anyone to follow what I do or say, but if I do catch a hacker I do ban, simple. No I don't unban a hacker, never have and never will. I won't change my opinion on that. That's just my opinion and my policy.
Not to say that others, can/will/do/don't. It's everyone's individual choice.
If my server stays empty, it stays empty. The sole purpose for my server, isn't to be populated, or popular, it is for me, my clan and most importantly my family (daughter, husband, brother-in-law and father all play this game) to play this game together at any given time.
So honestly, if this is the clan he wants to prove he is clean to, then in the long run it really is only their opinions and rules that matter.. not yours, mine or anyone elses.

Good point masta, but Daniel also has a good point. I didn't know Tunks when he was banned for hacking and I don't really know him now, but if he is serious about being clean and asking for forgiveness he needs to prove it, not just apologize. Its more of a character test on him to see if he has really changed.

some more food for thought...
there are also some ppl who HAVE NEVER HACKED because it breeches their character and is too far below them...not that their perfect...it just is too degrading to even sink to finding enjoyment in unfairly exulting yourself in playing with cheats...who would want to accept a win through cheating?! ...and for those ppl who have never reached that depth of degradation, it's hard to sift through the (obvious many ppl who are there) and find the players that have replaced the filth of their heart with true gems of honesty/character/maturity/respect that other players have been longing to play with all along.
...did it digest or are we still choking?..i do know first aid!

ive played cod longer than any of you, i guarentee it. I started playing the game 2 days after it came out when did u start?

first a question for you harvester, when did the game even come out?
and dan i never said people wouldnt have to do that, just as you did, you waited and allowed time for people to heal, and for trust to come back. and i agree with that.
and missy i never accused anyone of being perfect, i merely pointed out that we arent, it seems that some people forget that sometimes. and you are free to do whatever you want with your server, as is everyone, im just giving you the plain and simple truth.
elite seems to like their server populated, they take pride in constantly having people in it, so maybe my advice was more directed at them than anyone else.
all im stating in my posts is that people do stupid things, and make mistakes. if you are to ban someone for hacking, and its a permanent, lasting ban for hacking, even if their action was in the past, then several members of elite would be banned from their own server, as would i, as well as most of the prominent members of 1.3. of course, they are very forgiving normally, so none of this is really an issue or a problem
my original point is, that right now, it is honestly ridiculous for him to be accused, post a demo of the time duration of which he is accused of hacking during, and then people dont even bother looking at it, and just say "i dont even have to look because i know your hacking in it" that, is my only problem
